The book is NOT published and will not be published in the near future, or maybe it will never be published.

You can click the above link to view table of contents and a few sample pages. In the online tutorial course, you will not have a lot time limit (finish date may be extended when you request).

Once you enroll in the online course, you can also ask your own questions, interact with others, do some quizzes and additional exercises, get feedbacks. You will also have a chance to attend some live online tutorials or discussions.

For many graduate students, there might be some areas of math that you are not very familiar with or you may want to review some problems and solutions to better understand some areas. This course can be useful.

Each participant of the course can make a e-book out of it and keep it for your future reference. You will receive instructions about how to do this. The e-book can be printed out, as long as you do not distribute it or sell it.
